I’m sorry you’re dealing with this, Molly. It looks like it’s dried out a lot, perhaps the soil has not been able to retain the moisture the plant needs.
It’s not dead- but it will take some time to come back.
This plant needs a decent about of light: think east-facing window… on the window sill.
It also loves humidity and doesn’t really want to have dry soil for too long.
