These types don't flower very often. They're grown for the leaves, not blooms. My gran has one for 7 years i think and it never bloomed. Here decade-old ZZs, they bloomed

Snake plants rarely bloom, so this is normal. But just so you know, watering it doesn't make it bloom more. These plants really don't like water and you should water around once a month.
