Repotting required?

Oscar here is a leaf cutting from a full panda plant. He’s sprouting babies πŸ₯³ but I’m not sure if they should be removed. I really only needed him to sprout and then was planning on cutting the sprouts off, but if I leave them will Oscar grow into a full panda plant like I want? Or is cutting off and keeping the babies the only thing to do? I’m trying to grow it into a bigger, fuller plant. #NewGrowth #SucculentLove #PlantLove #PandaPlant repotting">#repotting
3” pot without drainage

Just leaf it alone! The plant will do what it needs to do. :)
The pot is very cute, but without a drainage hole. There's a risk of waterlogging, cos water has nowhere to go.
You may consider repotting.

I have a mug pot too, but my plant (Peperomia) is still in the black nursery pot (with several drainage holes) in a white mug.
@SvelteKingfern @LittleSongbird Thank you so much! 😊
