Why is my monstera leaf shriveling?

I recently put my monstera adansonii on a moss pole and she has been thriving! but the newest leaves that popped out is all small and shriveled. anyone know why? I’ve attached the two most recent leaves.

new leaves come all curled up. Is the leaf unfurling perhaps? If it is indeed curling up and not un-curling, then the most likely cause is: maybe it's drooping, a sign that it needs more water.
Hannah, I agree with @SesameSeeds777 - when a new leaf shoots out, it slowly unfurls (opens up). For the first few days, as the leaf is opening up, the leave can look a little shriveled. By looking at the pictures you provided, the leaf looks very healthy to me!

Did the leaf just open up? Or had the leaf opened up and THEN got droopy?

On a side note: these plants LOVE to be misted with a spray bottle! Is the plant due for a good drink and good spritz of water?
Thanks for the responses! I water the moss pole every other day so i don’t think she needs water - the other leaves unfurled more sturdy but i’ll keep an eye out the next few days
@hannahcat - That sounds like a great idea! She looks beautiful! I have one I am working to grow up a moss pole! I hope mine looks as awesome as yours! πŸ’œ
