Malora - let’s figure out what is wrong with sweet Sanders! This looks like a sign of root rot. Or it could also be old leaves dying off. Can you put a picture or two in the comment section so I can take a good look at the whole plant?

It’s needs a pot with drainage. It looks like it’s too wet.

I agree with @theloveofplants @GallantDropwort looks like the soil is retaining too much moisture. I would suggest a re-pot with a slight chunkier mix or you can try adding some perlite with your current mix when you re-pot.
