Hi Tammie - welcome to Greg! Pothos need to be in a well draining pot- pot with holes on bottom. soil needs to be a good draining soil also- add Prlite, Coco Coir, horticultural sand (tiny pebbles), even orchid bark- all of the help provide good drainage. Once you get in good pot and soil- you only need to water ever 1 week to 10 days depending on your weather. If you stick your finger 1-2 inches down in the soil and itβs dry- water. If the soil is moist- do not water. You are over watering your Neon and that could lead to root rot and could kill it. Also, if you could put in an East facing window- but not direct light, it should be good.
