My leaves dry up at the bottom. Any recommendations?

Dry and not mushy? The stem looks okay? Looks like some of the other leaves have some damage or crispyness to them. I'd check for pests first and if it's a newer plant make sure you read up on it. They like humidity and consistent watering, either of those could explain the dry leaves.
