Small, light yellow spots

I recently got this guy and I love it! My first *large* philodendron. However, I just noticed these little yellow spots on the smaller, lower leaves.
The larger leaves at the top have some brown spots. They aren’t the same so I figured it’s just from some bumps while at the store.

It could just be from the store but to be safe you could always gently spray it down in the sink to give it a bath and then when it dries treat with some neem oil and see how it does.
