@HappyGinkotree I agree with @LittleSongbird. It definitely looks over watered. Your plant info tag says that it's in a pot without drainage holes? That along with watering it too frequently is most likely the problem. Remove the plant from the pot. Check the roots for any yellow mushy and smelly roots. Remove them with a pair of sterilized scissors, along with the yellow leaf, then replant it in a pot with drainage holes and in some succulent soil. Only water the plant when the soil is completely dry. Snake plants have Rhizomes that hold water which makes them drought tolerant. Check the soil with a chopstick. Put it directly down into the soil, when you pull it out if there is any moisture or soil on the stick at all come back in a few days and check it again. Water when the stick comes out dry. Even if the app says it's time to water always check your plant first to make sure it's ready to be watered. They also like bright light, the best spot for it would be close to a sunny window.
