The “leaves” keep falling off
All the ”leaves“ keep falling off. Even just touching the pot makes tons fall off. Anyone know what could be causing this?

Perhaps because of the no drainage, it is overwatered! I would repot to a pot with drainage and make sure to it water when bone dry as succulents don’t like that much water!
I agree with @ShinyBudew it's probably over-watering it needs drainage, probably more light and a quality succulent soil with good drainiage - a terracotta pot really helps too!

If you have a different window for her that would be good as north facing gets te least strong light.

You'll probably have to repot her asap - I noticed some of the leaves for black that's definitely root rot you - you'll probably have to cut some or all of the root off, let her dry out and callous over and repot her after that.
Thanks. She is an outdoor plant, succulent soil, the pot does have drainage but I don’t think it’s very good. I will try to repot tomorrow.
Overwatered for sure.
