I just received my plant today and got it out of packaging. Placed on front porch since it's about 80 degrees out, my porch is on the north side of my house. I know nothing about these, what light and water it needs. I'm in western Ohio. Received as gift

They love bright light, but not direct! Their leaves can scorch in the summer months, so if there is a place where it gets bright light, make sure itβs shaded.
They also love to be in moist soil, so be sure to be on top with your watering schedule π€
If you have any animals, make sure to keep it away as it is toxic to dogs/cats/horses.
Mine thrives in clay potting mix, but any medium with good drainage should help this baby grow into a big shrub plant πͺ΄πΏπ
