Golden Sedum leaves turning brown! #Sedum

The leaves of my Golden Sedum are starting to turn brown! What could be causing this? Also, is the white powder on the surface pollen? The pot is a few feet from a SE facing window, so it gets a few hours of direct light each day and we are watering every 1-2 weeks. Thanks in advance for any help you can provide!
2ft to light, indirect
4” pot without drainage

I have grown this plant for years and have never seen it look like this. Just wild guess but it could be a fungus attack.
My first thought that is that it was sunburned, but it could be a fungus. You can get a copper fungicide from your local hardware store and treat the plant.

I'm glad you found Greg, Peter!
