Welcome to Greg! π₯³ Is your plant card updated? I see it says no drainage and direct sunlight. If thatβs is true it may be due to those reasons.

Aglaonemas enjoy their water and dislike the sun's rays hitting them. Mine are in self-watering pots and I keep them close to a southern window but the window has a lacy curtain, which keeps the rays off. It works for me. You don't have to get a self watering pot, just try not let it dry out. They are such lovely plants.π«

It looks like your plant might be experiencing leaf burn, which could be due to too much direct sunlight or low humidity. Aglaonemas prefer bright, indirect light and can be sensitive to overexposure to the sun, which can cause the leaves to become crispy or brown. It could also be a watering issueβif the soil is too dry, the leaves may dry out and crisp up at the edges. Make sure you're watering when the top inch of soil feels dry and check that the pot has good drainage to avoid waterlogging. Adjusting the plant's light exposure or increasing humidity can also help prevent further damage. Keep an eye on how the plant responds and remove any damaged leaves to encourage new growth.
