I could be mistake but i am fairly certain...headups!!! Bc those look like mosquitoe larva which can get laid, hatch, live and turn in just less than a teaspoon of water. So a whole vase can be a big issue. Change your water immediately. And add some plant food/fertilizer in it next round of water. Make sure you trim and rinse the roots or ends of your plants or flower stems. The chemicals should prevent the larva from hatching and growing into mosquitoes in your home. Bc if that happens all standing water in your home bc fair game, even water inside your water traps within your drain pipes that you may not use often. Best rid asap.
I believe that it is a misquote larvae.
Forgot to mention, once you rid yourself of them be sure to Keep and eye on the water regularly and change often bc mosquitoe larva turns into mosquitoes pretty quickly of you are not aware or pay attention. A week can fly by. Literally fly by as they are landing on you to feed their next eggs. Keep in mind tho. Not all mosquitoes bite. And only the females feed bc the need the protein for the eggs they are about to lay in your water. I'm being cute, but serious all at once. Good luck btw
