Advice?

I recently bought this plant from krogers and while it did have the brown on the stems I figure with some TLC it would be fine. It's been a couple weeks and now the leaves are getting discolored spots and some of the leaves are kinda yellow or brown and torn. I looked over it closely and there aren't any pests. Not sure what to do to help.

First thing, check the roots, make sure they are healthy. If any are mushy trim them off. Gently rinse off your plant in the tub or shower. Just incase there are any pests. If itβs fungal, then do not water as much. You can use Arber products to help. Itβs all natural and will help out with anything that ails your plants! I have it in a bin and ready for use at all times.
