What they said 😊 I had to move mine out of a window for same reasons, was growing but kept crisping no matter what else I did, so my thought is yes.

If your plant isn't used to direct light then what @ResoluteWildyam suggested will help! Another option includes moving it away from direct light - even just off to the side of the window will provide your plant with indirect bright light. A grow light is another option - some have different intensity settings.
