It’s got roots and/or leaf buds starting. Because you have just single leaf cuttings, it’s going to take longer than if you had a leaf or two above the water and a node or two in the water. I’d keep waiting and see what develops. Keep the original leaf even though it looks sad. As long as there’s still some green, it’s helping the new growth. πŸŒ±πŸ€žπŸ»πŸ’š
There's a root forming!

You might lose the leaf and that's okay. What matters is that there is new growth and once that's situated, you might very well get all new leaves!
@MOTHERHOOD I saw a experiment on the propagation . If you have a jade pathos , rooting with that clippings will spread the process up . I had stubs for roots and within days, I had 3 inch tap roots . Crazy but it works . Never give up .
