Why is my Jade turning red and growing those little branches?
I haven’t changed the frequency or the amount of watering, so I don’t know what’s going on? Could it be the heat (it’s next to a window) of spring weather affecting it? #Jade #Québec
16ft to light, indirect
8” pot with drainage

Some jades do this when it gets more sun. A protection against sunburn. ☺️
New growth. It’ll turn green eventually. Spring blooms
@Shaubplantshack Awesome!! Thank you so much! ☺️
@ReallyGastoria Good to know! Thanks ☺️
My pleasure. Happy growing 🥰
Plant making itself natural sunscreen
Agree with the answers about more sun.
I think it might need a few drops of extra water :D
Sun burn or result of sun stress. Your plant is responding appropriately to the amount of sun it is getting. No worries.
