Getting cacti to flower?

Helloo, so my two cacti, Tweedle Dee and Tweedle Dum (blue columnar cactus and I can’t spell the other one but will tag) are my two cacti and I’ve seen pictures of them with some beautiful flowers, and I was wondering how people were getting their cacti to bloom like that. Any advice?

Just give them time! They will probably bloom sometime in the spring/summer.
@SimpleSucc perfect, thanks :)
They need plenty of light to bloom and cacti specific fertilizer to help it out. Try placing them in direct sunlight. Hope this helps! 🌡
@SuperblyLilac Oo cacti specific fertiliser? Any particular brand that you recommend?
@PiousWaterfern no, not really.. I use one put out by β€œFunky Frog” I can only find it at my local nursery. I’m sure Amazon carries it. Miracle Gro carries one. And one Doctors…something…
Hi @PiousWaterfern I also have a Mammillaria Haageana and they really love direct sunlight and a good draining soil thats all mine gets and she blooms every year for almost 3 to 4 months , mine only blooms at fall through to late spring usually but i noticed that @SimpleSucc said they also bloom spring/summer so just be patient and give them plenty of light and loveπŸ€—hope it helps
