What would cause my leaves to be yellow?
#Dieffenbachia
I’m having the same issue and I’m not sure why
My general advice for yellow leaves is this: it's watering schedule is off in one direction or the other.

If it is over watered the leaves will be yellow and squishy and will fall off easily when touched or pulled. If it is under watered they will go from yellow to brown eventually and they will get crispy.

If it isn't either of those things then it may not be getting enough light, which could also cause the yellow.

Make sure you have a pot with drainage, and are using well draining soil. Be sure that the top two inches of soil are dry in between waterings, or else wait for the leaves to droop a bit as that is the plant's natural way of telling you it's time.

Just kidding. Your plant card says no drainage AND direct sunlight. Dieffenbachia like INdirect light and good drainage, they also like to dry out between waterings. It has taken me about 6 months to get mine to stop yellowing it’s old leaves. It always only had 2 leaves and 1 was always yellow. Now he has 3 green ones and a new one coming in yeyyyyy
Hmm, how much are you watering and how is the drainage in the pot? Also, might need some more light?
