New leafβ¦hole?
#Philodendron I have a new leaf! Itβs very pretty but itβs kind of wonky still and has a hole in it. It had a hard time coming out! Will it flatten out? Will it die because of the hole or is it okay? π #ppp
1ft to light, direct
4β pot with drainage

Please don't help leaves out they will do it on their own.
A pink princess will have wonky leaves if the humidity is too low. That will also cause them to be slow to unfurl. The hole could have happened 2 ways.
It may have gotten bumped before she unfurled damaging her. Or if humidity is low the leaf can stick together and then when they unfurl you see the damage.
I see she's in a south facing window which is fine but you will want to filter the direct sun with a sheet curtain if you leave her there. Or place her a few feet away. Otherwise, she will start getting yellow and brown leaves.
I suspect she's new to you. If that's the case that is the reason that new leaf is wonky and has a hole. They get shocked when the first come into our homes. Growth stalls and then the leaves that were furled on arrival become damaged. Not your fault just the way it goes. I always consider the leaves disposable if the arrive with curled leaves.
The wonky leaf will not stay that way as the leaf gets thicker and more mature it will straighten out like the rest. And I would worry about that small amount of damage it won't hurt the leaf. π©·

Hera are my humidity tips
Ways to add humidity
1. Add a humidifier, but only use distilled water in it.
2. Add a pebble tray filled with water below your plant. But make sure the pot is never in the water. As water evaporates it increases humidity.
3. Cluster plants together. It will make water evaporate from your leaves in a process called transpiration. It effectively creates a mini microclimate with extra humidity.
Never mist, it does not increase humidity but will cause fungal and bacterial infections.
