I typically leave my plants alone except for watering for a month or longer to get acclimated to their new environment. Snake plants like good drainage and to be completely dry before watering. I use a knitting needle to put in the dirt and if it comes out clean then I water. I have two and they are easy to take care of. Enjoy!
@RefinedPeanut you can move it to terracotta, I would let it live in the current pot for a little while longer, at least 90 days.
