Hi @TopPinyonpine 👋. I’m not familiar with Chaste trees but am curious so I Googled it. What a pretty tree 😍! From what I read it could be too much water or overhead watering or poor air circulation around leaves. Also environmental stress. Had the weather changed much recently? It also could be fungal. The leaves then would have brown or black spots with yellow edges around the spots.
