How can I get rid of gnats?

I have three succulents I keep outside to get sunlight, Ive been watering them regularly but recently they have been getting gnats that I just can’t get rid of. Anyone have any advice on what I can do to prevent this? I’m a new plant mom so any and all advice is greatly appreciated. My #LavenderScallops has also been looking a little sad and I’m not sure if it’s because of the gnats.
1ft to light, indirect
4” pot with drainage

Soil gnats? U can use those mosquito bits(BTI) by sprinkling over the top soil to control the larvae. Meanwhile, setup those yellow sticky traps to catch the adults till they are all gone. Allow the surface soil to dry and don't overwater coz they thrive in moist and damp environments. Good luck
@HeroPinkgranite these drops are on Amazon. They’re cheap in the sense you literally only use one drop in your watering can and it kills their larva. Then I make an at home spray I use regularly, in pic 2. In addition to peppermint you can add eucalyptus as well. I have over 150 plants and no gnats. I assure you these work. The at home spray, I saturate the soils of the succulents vs spray on their leaves.
I received advice that 1 cup hydrogen peroxide to 3 cups water over a few watering cycles will do the trick but I had to buy a natural spray and it works wonders. And bonus, it smells AMAZING
@RulerMoonflower thank you!
I’ve never had this problem before, but I would suggest putting your plants in a small greenhouse thing (around Β£30 if you get a small plastic one) and keep them in there until the gnats leave. The plant spray for insects is good too 😊 #NewGrowth
