How can I get my violet to flower again?

#KenyanViolet hasn’t flowered in a year, how can I get it to rebloom? Any advice will be appreciated!

I noticed mine not wanting to bloom when it was given to me then I got some of this plant food and it has been blooming ever since. I have only been using it maybe every 4-6 months depending on the time of year
