You’ve got what looks like an infestation of mealy bugs, they can really sap a plant’s strength.
Isolate the plant, then wipe bugs off with a cotton swab dipped in rubbing alcohol. You spray affected areas with neem oil or insecticidal soap.
If it was healthier I’d recommend checking the roots and soil, you’ll want to wait for it to recover.
Soil looks pretty wet at the moment, so don’t water again until it’s dried up a bit.
