Is the profile picture demonstrating the issue?
A bit more information would help.
Is it becoming soft or decaying at the base prior to breaking off? Overwatering is a frequent cause of aloe leaves becoming soft, soggy, and decayed at the base, which can lead to them breaking off.
Is etiolation apparent? Aloe plants need a lot of sunlight to grow strong and healthy. Without enough light, the plant may stretch, causing it to become weak and more prone to breaking.
Is it very top heavy? As an aloe plant grows, it can become top-heavy, which may cause it to fall over and break leaves. So, mechanical damage.
