@CordialRichweed it’s hard to say with only one photo but the card created indicates no drainage on the pot. That could be the issue, the soil is holding too much water so it can’t completely dry between waterings and the yellow tips and droopy leaves also indicate overwatering in most cases. I would start by making sure the pot has drainage and if not, move it to one that does. While you are doing that, check that roots are still healthy. They should be firm and white. If they are brown and mushy or foul smelling, you will need to treat before repotting. These plants also like high humidity so you can increase the moisture around the plant by adding a pebble tray filled with water underneath the pot. Also don’t water until the soil is completely dry. I only water my plants twice a month.
