Is my plant sad?

The lower leaves seems pruny but there is new growth. Should I leave her be?

I would get rid of the most damaged lower leaves so your buddy can concentrate on those new leaves! Also, I must assume that cup has no drainage? Maybe think of repotting it to a terracotta pot with holes, she might like that better
Thank you! Yes this is a small cup I had to put it into soemthing quick! Do you just pluck them off?
Im not sure what’s happening here
Ohhh, she’s just getting used to her new environment! Now I see what’s going on. She needs energy for the new leaves and her upcoming roots! Yeah, just pluck the lower leaves gently, pulling them from side to side until they just let go of the stem. You can even try and propagate with those leaves. The repotting process makes her older leaves lose color and vitality, but it is what it is and she’ll eventually recover!
