Thanks Lyns she has a reservoir I only add water when it's empty. I will try letting it stay empty and I did get a moisture meter hopefully that will help as well

Lighting? Humidity levels? Soil type? lol… I have to use grow lights, chunky soils, and humidifier due to living in the desert.
