What is this on my plant?
What is this on my plant? It just showed today and I noticed it turned the part its sitting on black. (This is a Golden Pothos)

Does it move? Sounds dumb but it looks like a hunk of salt or mineral buildup? If it is that could explain the spot as well as it may have burnt the leaf there. Even perhaps an indissolved hunk of fertilizer?

@TrustfulDodder I think that might be a meele bug or scale! I would get a neem oil solution and spray the whole plant!
