First remove the fake flower on top. If it's glued you can heat it up with a hairdryer or the like, but by careful not to harm the plant.
Succulents need to have the soil dry out completely between waterings. Soak and let it drain. Also don't let the stem stay wet or it will rot. The soil also shouldn't stay damp for too long.

They also like to be snug in their pots, so only repot into a pot about 1-2 inches larger when the roots take up the pot.
