Could the yellow leaf be related to the black spots? I have sprayed with neem oil.

Black spots look like aphids. I’d wager that leaf has just run its course. But you should treat those bugs. Some people suggest mild dish soap extremely watered down in a bottle but personally I’ve never had luck. Get a real pesticide (that’s not neem oil).
