What am I doing wrong?

I got this plant as a gift from my girlfriend, who thought it was an easy one to take care of. Turns out, it’s extremely difficult and needy. Lol
I’ve been trying my best to figure out where I’m getting it wrong. It’s by a south facing window and it does bloom a flower every now and then. But the leaves are always yellowing and sometimes the flower blooms already with brown edges.
It’s on a glazed clay pot with no drainage, and I water it almost daily (it’s summer here). I’m very inexperienced with plants and just trying my best. Thank you so much.

@Lizi1129 thank you. I forgot to explain I water almost daily because when I stick my finger it’s dry. I added perlite to the soil and bottom of the pot when she arrived.
