Are these black marks normal on my Jade plant?? :)

I would say they are pretty normal. They are most likely from physical damage at one point or another. The parts that get physically damaged are more susceptible to fungal or bacterial issues while the plant is healing.
The brown lines and pot-marks are usually scars.
Your plant looks really good and you are clearly paying attention to all the details of your plant! It seems like your plant is in good hands.
Just make sure to let it dry really well between waterings. (:
