The biggest killer of red spam

That looks like it could be root rot from overwatering and no drainage in the pot. I have 10 or so Agloβs and 3 are Red Siam. If you have a pot with no drainage the soil can never dry out and that can cause fungus and root rot. The excess water has nowhere to flow your soil stays soggy. These plants thrive in bright indirect light, evenly moist soil and they love humidity. I would inspect the roots to see if they are damaged. If they are white and firm thatβs good. Brown and mushy, they are infected and need to be removed. Trim away bad roots and soak the remaining good roots in a mix of 1 part peroxide with 3 parts water for 5 mins. Rinse off roots, plant in a fresh pot with drainage and new soil. I have a humidifier but if you donβt want to invest in one, you can add a pebble tray filled with water under the plant to increase the moisture around her. Mine are all in different places in my house in different conditions but they are all happy. I hope Scarlett improves
