Have you had sudden temperature drops? I know a big drop in temperature can cause the cells it the plant to rupture making all sorts of red spots and markings.
@Herbologybadger yes I have! I’m in Massachusetts so the weather at this time is all over the place! 40s at night and almost to 80 during the day!!
Well then I bet that’s what’s going on 😊 there isn’t really anything you can do other than try you best to keep it in a place where the temperature is more stable.
@Herbologybadger thank you!! ☺️
Of course! πŸ˜„
It's normal for golden sedum. It means the plant is getting enough light. Congratulation on care. 🌡πŸͺ΄πŸ’šπŸ€—
I agree- totally normal! Here is a picture of my Golden Sedum. It is 3 years old and thriving - note the same brown spots !
@SvelteKingfern Yayy ok good to know! Thank you !
@nicolegolden wow I didn’t know they got big like that!
@BuddingAvocado I didn’t either- but it just keeps growing! Mine really likes east facing indirect sun.
You're welcome 🌡πŸͺ΄πŸ’šπŸ€—
@BuddingAvocado I hear you, I have been bringing in my outsiders… 40? Are you on up in Western MA? We’ve had 50’s but 40? I’m not ready for winter.❄️
