Oh no! This is spider mites! These are pesky little buggars!
Youβll want to mix a solution of neem oil & water with a couple drops of dish soap. Shake & spray the entire plant. Tops and bottoms of all leaves and especially that web and infested area.
You may have to reapply a few times to make sure sure theyβre gone and stay gone.
Be careful with neem though as it will burn the leaves if theyβre still wet and get hit by light!

In addition to what @elisenavidad said (which is great advice), youβll want to take a wet paper towel and gently remove as much of the infestation as you can before treating the plant. spider mites also dislike humidity, so consider misting your plants or using a pebble tray to help keep them at bay.
