Yes! They look healthy! If there’s no sign of root rot, you did the right thing!! Congratulations on your healthy plant baby! And those gorgeous roots🀩🌱✨ @Marieuno
When they get root bound like that, your best bet is to take a big ol bowl of water, let them soak for a minute, then very gently work them apart with your fingers (in the water). It'll help them get growing out and down again, which will be as much appreciated as the bigger home πŸ₯³
Like @CactusAdjacent said you want to break them up gently so they do not continue to coil against each other!
