@PoignantEllisia I did clip the band I think when I got it I found a rubber band on the base the soil is a bit compact should it not be ?
Just curious because my money tree was starting to lose a lot of leaves, I ended up gently teasing the roots and repotting it into a slightly bigger pot and now the yellowing leaves have stopped. Not saying that your issue is the same but curious if it might be
