how should i pot up this begonia cutting?

i propagated this begonia cutting some weeks ago in water, and it looks ready to pot up. however there are tiny leaves growing by the roots- should i remove these before planting? and should i maybe let the roots grow a bit more before planting ?

Hi! I would remove the leaves, they tend to rot while under water. I always try to wait until the roots are a few inches long before potting them. I hope this helps. Good luck to you and your beauty!
