I’ve had great luck with a layered potting with all my orchids, no drainage glass pot I do coarse rock on bottom then coarse orchid bark with the roots intertwined, my orchids have rooted down and grab water from the rock level, I keep water about same level as the rock layer. I don’t remember where I saw this method but these guys seem to love it! I also have a few with just the bark and I keep water in the bottom of their pots at all times and they’re also doing well! Maybe do a root check and clean then let dry out a day or two before repotting? Good luck!
