What is this?

Doesn’t seem to be harming the plant. I used neem oil like two weeks before this but that’s it #FiddleLeafFig #help

This is mold. I'm familiar with it. It likes to take over my terrariums and my Philo Red Emerald. Use hydrogen peroxide diluted with water and either spray the mixture or water the plant with the mixture. The mixture doesn't harm plants, but it will harm things like this mold and other pests.

You can 'use' the mold to your advantage; it basically indicates that the soil is staying too wet. So, next time you spot this, water less often or move your plant to a brighter spot.
I have never use Neem Oil , but do you think some of it could have drip into the soil?οΏΌ
