Am I over watering my plant?
I realized there's this dark brown area in the center of the plant. Is it a reason to worry about?

Try not to water it in the middle of the plant … some plants will do this when the water collects in the middle and it causes this to kill the middle of the plant. Purslane, anything that is “string of” moss rose .. they all then to have this same problem. Maybe better to bottom water your pot if you can .
