How do I get this orchid to bloom again? Do I need to cut it back?

2ft to light, direct
6” pot without drainage

It will take a while but cut the stems down to about 3cm left and wait to regrow
cut them back to the furthest out unspent node unless the stems turn brown. it can produce. New shoot out of any unspent node on a flower stalk
Nighttime temp drop to 55-60F for a couple of days/weeks usually does the trick for mine. You can leave the green stalks. Keep providing good light & normal care.
I don't cut mine back until I notice that they are dying or it has been damaged. I have several phalaenopsis orchids that have continued to bloom at another time from the original stem.
