@FastSpeedwell86 Hi there! ππ» Yellowing leaves on your βgeoppertia makoyanaβ commonly called βcalathea makoyanaβ or βcathedral windowsβ (not green prayer plant btw, but same family of marantaceae) usually indicate overwatering or poor soil drainage. I suspect that with possibly cooler temps/less light than summertime your calathea has slowed down a little and does not need as much water as it did in its active growing season, and therefore might have been overwatered. Itβs easy to do! I would recommend checking the soil with your finger first before watering, and only giving it another drink if itβs at least 50% dry, but donβt let these ones ever dry out completely, especially in California. ππΏ
