@FastSpeedwell86 Hi there! πŸ‘‹πŸ» Yellowing leaves on your β€˜geoppertia makoyana’ commonly called β€˜calathea makoyana’ or β€˜cathedral windows’ (not green prayer plant btw, but same family of marantaceae) usually indicate overwatering or poor soil drainage. I suspect that with possibly cooler temps/less light than summertime your calathea has slowed down a little and does not need as much water as it did in its active growing season, and therefore might have been overwatered. It’s easy to do! I would recommend checking the soil with your finger first before watering, and only giving it another drink if it’s at least 50% dry, but don’t let these ones ever dry out completely, especially in California. πŸ’•πŸŒΏ
