Love the anthuriums! So how is the humidity and watering?
Move it to a pot size more appropriate for its root system. It is difficult to water and plant properly in an outsized container. It will need drainage and appropriate soil.
Closer to light, smaller pot, plenty of attention! While these guys are easily sunburned, it will really appreciate a few hours of early morning sun (or time under a grow light). They like humidity and damp soil, but get root rot easily if you let it stay fully wet. I wait until the pot lightens enough that I'm sure it's starting to dry out then give it a quick soak to resaturate, drain fully (they do great as hanging plants in windows where they get lots of light and humidity, my best one is the kitchen) and give it a small amount of plant food. It's a very small plant to start so don't overdo it!
Definitely smaller pot and some TLC. Mine likes to be almost root bound and never dried out completely. It grows leaves like crazy in that condition.
