Peace lilies thrive in low to medium light, but they can also tolerate low light conditions. Ideally, place them in indirect light to encourage more blooms.
Water your peace lily when the top inch of soil feels dry to the touch. It's important not to let the soil dry out completely, but overwatering can lead to root rot, so make sure the pot has good drainage. If the leaves start to droop, that's a sign it needs water, but they will quickly perk up once watered.
Peace lilies prefer higher humidity, so misting the leaves with water or placing the pot on a tray filled with pebbles and water can help maintain the humidity around the plant. During the growing season, typically spring and summer, feed your peace lily with a balanced, water-soluble fertilizer every 6 to 8 weeks.
These plants are sensitive to chemicals commonly found in tap water, such as chlorine and fluoride, which can cause the leaf tips to brown. Using filtered or distilled water can help prevent this. Regularly clean the leaves with a damp cloth to keep them dust-free and to improve their ability to photosynthesize.
As the flowers fade, remove them to encourage new blooms and keep the plant looking tidy. With the right care, peace lilies can thrive for years.

@Gustavo thank you !! it is definitely getting good indirect light. would you say the leaves here look like it needs water ? also when i remove the flowers is it best to chop them mid stem or break them off from the root ball ?
@livslillies someone might disagree but the leaves look ok to me! As for the leaves, if itβs brown as in damaged and too far gone, remove it completely :)
@Gustavo from the very bottom of the plant ? or mid-stem ?
@livslillies from the very bottom, because - from what I understood - they are past the point of recovery. Cut at the base with a sharp, sterilized blade :)
