Hello! I own a Monstera Deliciosa that has done this for a long time as well. The story starts back in October of 2024.

So, some time after buying mine, a new leaf grew out, and it grew and unfurled over time. When it was fully unfurled, mine was limp (and my guess was just that it was a new leaf). But, as weeks and months passed, nothing changed. That leaf is still limp to this very day!

I would say it's no concern for you and me. Yours looks perfectly healthy! The only time it would be concerning is when the petioles (the part that connects the leaf to the stem) droop down as well. It happened recently with that leaf, but it quickly readjusted after I watered it.

Also, a quick question for you: do you rotate your plant? If you do rotate it, stop doing so. I noticed your leaves are splayed out in many different directions, but they should all be facing one direction. To help with that, don't rotate the plant and (if they are continuing to be in random places), minimize the light they get from only one window, or multiple in one direction.

If you can do one window, make the side opposite to the side that is climbing support face the window. Place the plant further back if you are using multiple windows facing one direction.

To tell if they are starting to acclimate properly, new leaves should begin to point downward (not just at the edges, the whole leaf should face downward).
I stopped rotation and am now noticing that the leaves are starting to point downwards. Thank you for that tip also.
