Is my plant crowded?

I just received this gift from a friend who bought it off Amazon. I’ve never had a Burro’s Tail before but I’m so excited to raise one. I’ve done a lot of research on care and I’m confident I can keep it alive, however, I’m repotted some plants and I’m wondering if this guy might need to be separated a bit. I understand that it’s pretty fragile and the β€œbeans” will fall off quite easily, so I don’t want to touch it unless necessary. #BurrosTail #SucculentLove

You can seperate them but ususlly you just let em grow! It only takes 1 leaf tonmake another plant
It is but thats fine Repot in spring
Push 2 chopsticks in the top of the dirt when you repot then when you flip it out of the pot you dont have to touch the top and breaknoff tons of leaves
Justvuse the sticks to move it to new pot
@TheConservator cool! I’ve also seen someone gently wrap the plant in a soft towel before flipping it over.
I repotted mine as soon as I got it and only lost 3 leaves. And then I immediately dropped it right after that and lost 15 leaves plus a 1.5 tip broke off 🀣
When using the chopsti k method, make sure the soil is very dry. Works like a charm.
They have shallow roots, so it is still very comfortable in it's pot.

What an awesome plant!
Looks like a bunch of delicious green grapes, just right for picking.
